The following lists contains links to PDF documents of a legal nature involving the named parties. The first two are not linked as they were intervention orders only and can not be published – the first was for 12 months and the second for two years. The remainder will be Affidavits against the named parties. All addresses in the documents will be redacted, but the existing hard copies will not be. The dates of the documents will be listed.
The only way to have the Affidavits removed and destroyed is to challenge them in a court of law, either with a charge of perjury – a criminal offence under Section 314 of the Crimes Act 1958 (Victoria) that can be acted on by the police so no lawyer is required – or with a civil lawsuit.
Note: To anyone from outside Australia, you can’t force me to travel and you’ll have to foot the bill for a video link. I am unable to travel anywhere outside of Australia as I do not have a passport nor can I afford such travel, except maybe to New Zealand.

It is also the case that I have lost cases. They will not be published here as I do not agree with the decisions (and can not do anything about them) – and one has already been withdrawn from publication at my request. Certain aspects of a couple have been subsequently dealt with anyway.
