With the move off my website domain I needed to fix up a blog for my legal documents and actions – and this is it.

I have moved the John Best and Oliver Canby legal pages off the Autism blog (I should really have done that some time ago) and onto here. It has been joined by the legal redress associated with All About Anti Vaxxers – in particular the AV Name Check. I have also added the other people who are facing legal redress for related or unrelated reasons. The successful action against Paris Tenana is now here as well in the same terms as Best and Canby (that required some historical research). The other legal page on the Autism blog had to stay there until September 2021 whereupon it was deleted from the public domain.

The blog function here won’t be busy I expect but it might be. All my formal legal warnings and appropriate disclaimers will be posted here. Appropriate is defined as anything outside other blogs such as my political blog, All About Anti Vaxxers, Covidiots or my Autism blog. This way I can link it on Facebook and not say anything on Facebook that might be misconstrued under their Community Standards.

Hopefully though I won’t need to do that. I’ve honestly had more than my fill of court attendances. But if pushed – I will go back if appropriate AKA I have a case to argue before a judge.
