The following list will contain links to PDF documents of a legal nature involving the named parties. They will be Affidavits against the named parties. All addresses in the documents when they are created will be redacted, but the hard copies will not. The dates of the documents will be listed.
The only way to have the Affidavits removed and destroyed is to challenge them in a court of law, either with a charge of perjury – a criminal offence under Section 314 of the Crimes Act 1958 (Victoria) that can be acted on by the police so no lawyer is required – or with a civil lawsuit.
Note: To anyone from outside Australia, you can’t force me to travel and you’ll have to foot the bill for a video link. I am unable to travel anywhere outside of Australia as I do not have a passport nor can I afford such travel, except maybe to New Zealand.
